Designed with elbow-length balloon sleeves, this dress strikes the right balance between elegant and comfortable. The puffed on top sleeves add a bit of feminine flair to this piece. The elastic band around the sleeve allows you to shorten sleeve length and hide the elastic if you wish so.

This shirt dress has a belt attached to the sides. Whether tied at the front, back or wrapped around the waist, this dress is full of options. Pair with sandals or block heels for casual perfection.

The front buttons are hidden and together with the mandarin collar create a perfect polished look.

About the brand

The mission of the Berlin brand AYANI is to design sustainable and stylish workwear so that you can easily be well-dressed in the morning in only 5 minutes. This will give you more time for yourself and the things that really matter! In the design process, they carefully consider what a modern woman needs: flattering shapes, large pockets, vibrant colours and perfect lengths. Dresses that are pleasant to wear and that will become an essential part of your everyday wardrobe.

Fair trade: The clothes are fairly made in Armenia  in a small sewing workshop in a small town. It provides employment for 7 women living in the area. Ayani visits them 3 times a year and spends weeks in the studio working on the prototypes with the ladies. The fabrics come from Izmir, Turkey.

Environmentally friendly: Ayani works with the sustainable fabrics Ecovero™ Viscose  and recycled polyester. Ayani visits this manufacturer once a year to see the new fabrics. This manufacturer supplies fabrics to various sustainable brands in Europe.

Good cause: A portion of the profit from every purchase is donated to NGOs that protect the environment and fight poverty in Armenia.
